Please, please help the ANIMAL AMBULANCE!
Hi Animal lovers
We have hit a major dilemma. Due to unforeseen circumstances we are sitting without funds for dog and cat food, medical bills, funds for townships (frontline, food, bowls, blankets and of course petrol to get there). Our bank balance is standing at minus R66 000.00, We have now well exceeded our overdraft which is R50 000 and the bank is starting to decline payments. Our vet bills are standing at R14 000.00 and 1 bag of dog food left to feed 70 dogs on the property never mind the township. Running costs e.g rent, electricity, running of vehicles and maintenance of all is drowning us at this point. We are desperate to rent or sell the house in Valhalla but seem to hit a block at every turn. We have 3 months left in which to purchase the plot but things are looking bleak. (Which way to turn????)
Our animals here at the plot have doubled but our funds have trickled. It is only with your help we are able to function in helping these animals. If anyone out there can see their way clear in helping in anyway please please assist us else 70 dogs, 35 cats and 14 townships wont have much of a chance. We are desperate to continue our work as we all know even a mere animal deserves a second chance but without funds we cant do this.
Time is our enemy and we are working against the clock as calls come in daily to assist with animals in shocking conditions. As you know animal ambulance motto is to help no matter what the circumstances are. Please help us to do this. We use 1890kg of dog food alone a month. You can imagine how difficult it is to keep up just in the food section alone.
We can only appeal to you for assistance or we have to start turning animals away and this is not what we are about. As you saw in our last email about the 8 dreadful cases this is only the tip of the ice berg. I can not sleep at night knowing there is still so much suffering out there. Please forward this to as many people as you can as we need immediate help.
